Materials are chosen for visual and tactile relevance include wood and metals, predominantly the Japanese irogane alloys, as well as iron and other non-ferrous. My method is eclectic, embracing traditional and modern handwork techniques from Europe and the US as well as traditional Japanese metalwork skills.
